We are pleased to announce that we have successfully signed an agreement with a client from Benin for the purchase of a 15-ton rice milling machine. This machine will primarily be used to process the client's home-grown paddy and provide milling services to nearby farmers, for which a processing fee will be charged. Given the client's relatively relaxed requirements for rice quality, we recommended a basic configuration rice milling machine with a daily processing capacity of 15 tons.
Equipment Configuration
This rice milling machine includes the following main components:
De-stoner: Removes stones and impurities from the paddy to ensure smooth subsequent processing.
Husker: Removes the husk to ensure the integrity of the rice grains.
Paddy Separator: Separates paddy, husk, and unhusked paddy.
Rice Whitener: Finely polishes the rice grains, making them smooth and white.
Rice Grader: Separates whole rice grains from broken ones, ensuring the quality of the final product.

The entire system has a small footprint, is easy to operate, and has low energy consumption, making it particularly suitable for small processing plants. To facilitate installation, we provide detailed installation drawings and videos, allowing the client to complete the installation independently. Additionally, the client has purchased corresponding rice screens, rubber rollers, and other accessories from us, ensuring the continuous efficient operation of the equipment.
Technical Support and Problem Resolution
Initially, the client reported a high broken rice rate during use. Through remote guidance from our engineers, the root cause of the problem was quickly identified. Analysis revealed that the high broken rice rate was mainly due to improper moisture content of the paddy. After understanding this, the client adjusted the moisture content of the paddy, significantly reducing the broken rice rate and making the equipment run more stably and efficiently.
