The rice cleaning machine is generally composed of a feeding structure, a screen body, a discharging structure, a transmission structure, a frame, and other parts. The feeding structure is composed of a feeding sleeve and a feeding box. The feeding sleeve adopts an eccentric conical cylinder, which acts as a buffer; the feeding box is composed of an adjustable material plate and a uniform baffle, which plays the role of guiding material and regulating flow. The screen body of the vibrating screen is made of steel plates welded and bolted and connected to the frame by rubber springs. The screen body is composed of two layers of drawer-type screen grids. The transmission structure consists of two vibration motors. The vibration motors are installed on the left and right discs of the screen body. The two-way vibration motor is used. The eccentric weights at both ends are used to generate the exciting force. They cancel each other out, but superimpose along the longitudinal direction of the screen body, driving the screen body to make a reciprocating linear motion. The discharge structure is connected to the screen body by bolts and vibrates with the screen body. It consists of a large miscellaneous discharge port, a wheat discharge port, and a small miscellaneous discharge port. The TQLZ-type vibrating screen is usually used with the vertical suction duct in the wind separation equipment to separate the light impurities mixed in the wheat by the vertical airflow.

The TQLZ-type vibrating screen is driven by double-vibration motors. When the two vibration motors are rotated synchronously and in opposite directions, the exciting forces generated by the eccentric blocks cancel each other in the direction parallel to the axis of the motor and overlap in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the motor. As a resultant force, this part of the force is transmitted to the screen surface in the screen box through the screen box. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of the exciting force and the self-gravity of the material, the material is thrown on the screen surface. The material that is smaller than the sieve hole can penetrate the sieve surface and fall under the sieve when it falls, and the material moves repeatedly in this way to complete the screening operation.
The Using of TQLZ Vibrating Screen Precautions
(1) Adjustment of the material gate and the feeding baffle Both the material door and the feeding baffle can be used to adjust the flow and its stability and control the leveling condition. The material door can be adjusted horizontally, and the baffle can adjust the size of the gap for the material to pass through.
(2) Amplitude adjustment can be achieved by the synchronous adjustment of the installation angle of the two vibration motors or the mutual position of the inner eccentric weights. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the running direction and excitation force of the two vibration motors must be consistent, otherwise, it will be counterproductive. The installation angle should not be too large, otherwise, the amplitude of the screen body will be too large, causing the material to jump and affecting the service life of the equipment.
3) Adjustment of the inclination angle of the screen surface is related to the length of the route, the screening time, and the average flow rate of the material being screened on the screen surface. It can be realized by adjusting the fulcrum position of the discharge end support device up and down.
(4) For the newly installed machine, the safety splint must be removed first when the machine is transported, and the connection between the screen body and the spring support, and the frame must be reliable.
